Where is Napoli Fifteen?

We are located in the Jacaranda Centre, just off Hilton Avenue, in central Hilton. Napoli is Unit 15, the shop on the far right. You won’t miss our big sign. We are close to The Upper Millstone Bakery and Callan’s Bike Shop.

FAQs

What is Canotto style pizza?

Canotto style pizza is characterised by its large inflatable looking crust. It is similar to Neopolitan style pizza.

What is the difference between Canotto and Neapolitan pizza?

Canotto is the Italian word for a round inflatable raft with a large raised edge. When one first sees a pizza canotto, it resembles a traditional Neapolitan pizza in every way, the main difference being that the crust is larger and puffier. In the same way that an actual canotto has an inflatable edge, the edge of the pizza is almost all air.

Do you offer gluten free bases?

Currently, we do not.

Can I book a table?

As we have limited seating, we are not currently taking bookings and work on a first come, first served basis.

What is the fermentation process for your pizza dough?

You didn’t think we would give away our dough secrets that easily did you 😉 We will say we use an indirect method and it’s a process that takes a few days.
